What’s different about my coaching?

As a Registered Dietitian, I undergo a yearly competency review to ensure I remain up to date on the latest nutrition research.

When we work together, I provide personalized recommendations based on your unique symptoms and lifestyle.

I use behavioural psychology techniques and tools to help you develop mindfulness skills to help you work through your experiences with troublesome digestive symptoms.

You would think eating healthy food and sustaining a nutritious diet would be simple. But as we all know, it’s not. Many of us need a helping expert hand to educate us, get us organized and started, keep us motivated, and hold us accountable. That’s where working with a Registered Dietitian comes in.

Five reasons to book a call

You don’t know what kinds of foods to shop for.

Not sure how to read food labels, or what to buy at the grocery store? A registered dietitian gives you the know-how to simplify shopping, stock your shelves with nutritious foods, and clear your cupboards of things that aren’t good for your dietary restrictions.

You don’t feel you have enough time in the day to eat healthy.

A registered dietitian can help you get organized, ensuring you have healthy, delicious food within reach any time you need it—even when you’re on the go.

You don’t get how food affects your body.

Every single type of food can have a different impact on you—especially when you have a digestive disorder, allergy or sensitivity. A registered dietitian can help you understand the “why” and “how” of food.

Meal planning overwhelms you.

To do meal planning right, you need to be organized, have a great deal of time, AND be knowledgeable about nutrition! A registered dietitian can remove the time-consuming nature of meal planning while educating you about food.

Your digestive disorder is taking over your life.

Do you feel your digestive disease, allergy or sensitivity has power over you—controlling your mood, dictating where you can go, and even what you can do? A registered dietitian gives you the knowledge and tools to take firmer control over what’s (literally) ailing you.

Individual

As a busy individual, nutrition is often one of the first things that fall by the wayside. I guide you through the nutrition "noise" in the media.

Couples & Families

Staring at your refrigerator at the end of a long and busy day is daunting and worse when you are responsible for the meals of others.

FODMAP Clues Program

The FODMAP Clues Program will help you understand the role of FODMAPs in managing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

DNA Health Program

Different versions of genes affect how you react to certain components in food. Find the perfect diet or meal plan for you.

About Keren

I’m Keren, Registered Dietitian and nutritional health professional focusing on gut health. I help people get control of their digestive symptoms by figuring out the root causes and developing a care plan individualized to them.

I’ve personally lived with Ulcerative Colitis since I was 16, so I understand how painful, unpredictable, and isolating digestive symptoms can be.

But it doesn’t have to be this way forever.

As a registered dietitian in Ontario, I cannot post individual client testimonials on my website.

If you’re looking to meet with a registered dietitian in Ontario, I’d be happy to help! I encourage you to book a free discovery call with me. This will give you the opportunity to get to know me better and see if I’m the right fit for you, with no pressure or commitment to work together.
