Healthy meals bring families together.

Get healthy meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists so you can spend more time eating with your family, and less time worrying about feeding them.

Your primary job as a parent is to provide a home and keep your children safe, clothed and fed.

You work all day to provide an income for your family to live. You run from one activity to another and often multi-task to get through the day.

Staring at your refrigerator at the end of long and busy day is daunting. Your mind starts to race with many questions:

  • Do I have ingredients for a meal?
  • Will there be leftovers after my effort?
  • Will everyone like this?
  • How many pots do I have to clean?
  • Do I have time?
  • What about me? I want to lose weight.

Many nights, those questions are simply too much to contemplate, so you end up at a fast-food drive thru or browsing through a meal delivery app on your phone.

Life lessons and family values are shared when families eat together. But as a parent you need support to make sharing a meal together happen.

With the right tools and resources, healthy eating as a family can be easy and free of angst.

Feel good in the knowledge that the meals your family eats are healthy and nourishing, so you can ditch the “healthy eating angst”.

Get easy healthy meals on the table in less than 30 minutes with at least 10 minutes to sit and be present as a family.

Learn how to meal plan, shop and cook so that you can redirect your focus to sharing quality time with your children around the meal table.

Why is this so important?

Because without healthy meal planning support and resources, you will miss out on sacred mealtime with your children, carry unnecessary guilt about the nutritional value of the meals you serve, and struggle to lose the weight you have been trying to drop.

Do I Need a Healthy Eating Coach (aka Nutrition Coach or Food Coach)?

You would think eating healthy food and sustaining a nutritious diet would be simple. But as we all know, it’s not. Many of us need a helping expert hand to educate us, get us organized and started, keep us motivated, and hold us accountable. That’s where a healthy eating coach comes in.

Here are just five reasons why you should hire a healthy eating coach (me).

You don’t know what kinds of foods to shop for.

Not sure how to read food labels, or what to buy at the grocery store? A food coach gives you the know-how to simplify shopping, stock your shelves with nutritious foods, and clear your cupboards of things that aren’t good for your dietary restrictions.

You don’t feel you have enough time in the day to eat healthy.

A nutrition coach can help you get organized, ensuring you have healthy, delicious food within reach any time you need it—even when you’re on the go.

You don’t get how food affects your body.

Every single type of food can have a different impact on you—especially when you have a digestive disorder, allergy or sensitivity. A food coach can help you understand the “why” and “how” of food.

Meal planning overwhelms you.

To do meal planning right, you need to be organized, have a great deal of time, AND be knowledgeable about nutrition! A healthy eating coach can remove the time-consuming nature of meal planning while educating you about food.

Your digestive disorder is taking over your life.

Do you feel your digestive disease, allergy or sensitivity has power over you—controlling your mood, dictating where you can go, and even what you can do? A healthy eating coach gives you the knowledge and tools to take firmer control over what’s (literally) ailing you.

About me

Registered Dietitian. Ulcerative Colitis survivor. Entrepreneur. Helper. Community builder. Guardian mom to four boys. Wife. Sister. Daughter. Friend. Mentor. Dreamer.

I specialize in creating personalized meal plans for individuals and families requiring gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, sugar-free and allergen-free diets.

My vision for my clients is to free them from the confusion of healthy eating and to help them eat better and feel better.

Before seeing Keren I was confused by the nutrition misinformation thrown at me on the internet and I was tired of making the same recipes over and over again. I was also spending too much time planning meals for the week. Keren has greatly simplified what nutrition is all about and put me on a path where I can confidently ignore the fads and focus on what is important to our family. She also helped extend my repertoire of recipes and be more adventurous. Keren is a great listener, is thoughtful and has a clear interest in addressing her client’s needs.

I have been struggling since October to find meals that accommodate mine and my husband’s vegan diet and my son’s Celiac disease requiring a gluten-free diet. Our grocery bill doubled since his diagnosis and so did the amount of food we threw into the green bin. Too often, I didn’t know what to make at the end of a full day of a booming business. We’ve actually grown tired of eating out!

Along comes Keren with a plan that takes all of our dietary restrictions and food preferences into account and not only gives us 3 weeks of DELICIOUS meal plans, and their grocery lists, she orders our groceries online and all I have to do is drive up and pick them up.
