We begin with a 15 minute introductory call for you to share your specific needs, to learn more about me and how I can help.  This step is to ensure that you receive maximum value from your time and money investment in your nutritional health.

1 Month of custom meal planning and coaching

Personalized Nutrition consultation that includes one month of meal planning, preparation guide, recipes, grocery list and a private messaging app for extra support during that month of service.

We begin with a detailed nutrition and meal planning questionnaire to fill out in advance. 

Then, we will do a 1:1 video conference nutrition consultation to discuss your dietary needs, condition and lifestyle.

Following our consultation, I will create customized plans and goals for you.

You will get one month’s worth of personalized meal plans, recipes and grocery lists. These items will be customized according to the information you gave during the consultation. 

Questions about your customized meal plans? Looking for tips on where to find certain foods? I am available via a private messaging  app for that entire month to help you get started toward healthier eating.

6-Week Package to Healthy Eating

Solidify a routine of feeling energized about your meals and healthy eating. This package is best for more families, picky eating, food sensitivities, allergies, and digestive disorders.

Week 1: Getting Started
I will send you a detailed questionnaire to fill out in advance. 

Then, we will do a 60 minute, 1:1 video conference nutrition consultation to discuss your dietary needs, condition and lifestyle.

 Following our consultation, I will create customized plans and goals for you.

 

Weeks 2-3: Building New Habits
During weeks 2-3, you will receive:

  • Weekly meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists
  • One 30-minute follow-up video call to go over any questions and discuss your progress
  • Access to an online food and activity journal, allowing you to track your progress and check in 5 days per week
  • Recipes or menu tweaks as required.

 

Weeks 4-6:Gaining Independence and Solidifying the Habit

In the remaining weeks, you will receive:

  • Weekly meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists
  • Two 30-minute follow-up video calls to go over any questions and discuss your progress  
  • Access to an online food and activity journal, allowing you to track your progress and check in 3 days per week
  • Recipes or menu tweaks as required

Monthly meal planning guides Subscription

Monthly meal plan guides for specific needs:

  • Low Fodmap meal plans
