How to test for FODMAP intolerance?

People often associate food intake with the development of gastrointestinal symptoms. But how do we know which foods are the culprits or if the IBS is related to your food intake? In the FODMAP clues program, we review food sensitivity testing, gluten, fructans, GOS, lactose, fructose, and the unique characteristics of FODMAP foods.
